We have a new addition to the Art League Library Outreach initiative - a Little Free Library in the front of our beautiful King William home. A Little Free Library is a “take a book, share a book” free book exchange. Anyone may take a book or bring a book to share.

Located by the front fence of our museum property, this library is open to all. Whether you're looking to find a new favorite book or share a cherished one, our Little Free Library is here to inspire and connect our community through the love of reading and art.
How It Works:

• Take a Book: Feel free to take a book that interests you. No need to return it, but if you do, we’d love to see it come back!
• Donate a Book: If you’d like to donate books, please first drop them off with the Docent who will put them in the donation box located in the museum office. Our librarian will stamp them with the Art League seal before they are placed in the Little Free Library.

The Art League History and Research Library

Our Research Library is available to the Public on an appointment basis. Credit for the concept and reality of the library goes to Board Member Ilna Colemere, who collected and organized 120 years of history into one remarkable space.

The library is tucked away on the second floor in a former unused kitchen space.  In the video, below, Ilna welcomes you to visit and shows the resources that are available.
