The San Antonio Art League & Museum has set aside March 3 - April 10, 2019, for the 15th San Antonio Collegiate Student Exhibition. This exciting exhibition showcases the best and most innovative work of area art students. Each participating institution’s Art Faculty will be responsible for selecting the students’ work shown.
Note to art faculty:
Delivery of work will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 1-5 pm. The last day of the exhibit will be Sunday, April 10, and work must be picked up Monday, April 11 from 1-5 pm.
Invitations and a list of exhibitors will be provided by the San Antonio Art League. The reception will be Sunday, March 3rd, from 3-5 p.m. at the San Antonio Art League & Museum, 130 King William Street.
All media are welcome although there are space and weight limitations. Wall pieces should not exceed 60” in the longest dimension and should not be excessively heavy as a wire system is utilized for gallery installation. The Art League’s pedestals can support most ceramics and sculpture. Large 3-D works should be discussed with Lyn Belisle Kurtin to see is they can be accommodated.
The number of pieces that can be exhibited from each school will depend on the number of institutions participating.
