CURRENT EXHIBITION
The SAALM 2024 Collegiate Art Exhibit continues the tradition of showcasing student work from area colleges and universities and celebrates 23 years of hosting students and their work. The exhibit provides San Antonians the chance to view (and purchase) the best work of emerging young visual artists.

A best in show award in memory of beloved artist, educator, and Art League icon Eloise Yantis Stoker will be presented to a student artist. Eloise created the annual Collegiate Exhibits through the San Antonio Art League and Museum now in the 23rd year. In honor of her many years of service to arts education, the SAALM board of directors established the Eloise Yantis Stoker award for the best in show of the Collegiate Exhibit. The Stoker award, in addition to other cash awards will be presented at the 2024 Collegiate Exhibit opening on February 25, 2024. The artist, Billy Keen will serve as juror for the awards.

A major membership bonus for artist members is the open invitation to show in our Members' Gallery for three months based on a first-come, first serve application process. Opened in September of 2017, the highly successful SAALM Members Gallery offers a rare opportunity for visitors to view and purchase works from outstanding Art League member artists in a salon-style setting. |

The San Antonio Art League was organized on March 13, 1912. It was founded by volunteers, and 111 years later continues as an all-volunteer non-profit arts organization, carrying on the rich traditions and history of its founders while providing contemporary exhibition opportunities for its member artists.
